It seems that things became serious again on American Idol, after the judges eliminated Lauren Mink and Ethan Jones, then Symone is ready to go into group rounding, but she is kept in dark as she is clueless about this as she is still with her father at the hospital, this brings an end to the first round. It ends in seeing the rest of the 185 contestants signing together and joking while singing “I Heard It through the Grapevine”, which makes us wonder if they will keep this friendship during the second round of the show, highly doubtful.

As to the problems that they faced, starting with Alesha Bernhard who had a big problem as she is considering singing Joy to the World and not any Christmas themed carol, which makes is very hard for her to find a group, although the real reason is that she is a control freak, and not being a cop as she claims.

Now onto another contestant Amy Brumfield, who claims she has the flu and she has to be separated from everyone else and stays alone at the corner, which is weird as she used to live in a tent and now she lives indoors, maybe she is allergic to beds, who knows, any way she has been milking the juice out of her fever for quite some time now, she should stop it already.

And coming back from the hospital, Symone Black returns, but she is obligated by doctor’s orders to drink a lot and eat on a regular basis, so she doesn’t get sick again. She along side with her mentor dad, they manage to locate a group in such a little time, kudos for them.

Yet another contestant who is filling a little sick, Phillip Philips, which is not a mystery, as he has undergone four surgeries to remove his kidney stones, which kind of makes him bed bound, which is having tremendous effects on his group, as the group is basically breaking down after Richie took charge and matters in his own hands.

And it seems it’s an epidemic, as another group is having health troubles, as Alesha’s group “Those Girls and That Guy” has a problem with their main guy Christian Lopez, as he has been filling sick and has been puking his guts out in his room for about 120 minutes.

So it seems that all the efforts towards making groups has been in full swing mode, as groups have started to make their camps over the hall and stage.
